Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American actor from the United States. In 1983, following her debut film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack member in WarGames '83 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a part of this group. Sheedy was awarded with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. She started her film career at the beginning of the 1980s when she appeared in the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she was rewarded with a great deal of praise. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. In the following film after her debut, she appeared in 1985's comedy and drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film, directed by him, is considered to be one of the greatest films from high school in history. It was produced for only $1,000,000 but it grossed in excess of 50 million dollars. In the meantime, she was also being featured in various shows on TV including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. It was a show for teenagers that began to air in April 1980. Also, she appeared on various TV series such as Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. The most recent of her roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where Sheedy appears in a cameo. Sheedy has been awarded numerous times for her stellar performances including an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
